Crust: 1 c flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c chopped nuts

1st layer: 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip

2nd layer: 3 c milk
2 small packages lemon instant pudding

Directions:
1. Blend crust ingredients then press into a 9X13 pan. Bake for 15 min. at 350º . allow to cool.

2. Blend ingredients for layer 1. Smooth over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 15 min.

3. Mix ingredients for layer 2 and spread over cooled layer one. Refrigerate.

4. Take remaining cool whip and spread over top. Sprinkle with more chopped nuts

Takes time due to the cooling of each layer. Could substitute any flavor pudding . Maybe chocolate?
