1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
Dry ingredients -
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

3 cups chopped apples
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts

Icing -
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup milk


Directions:
Directions:
Cream the first 3 ingredients.
SIft together the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Add apples, coconut and nuts.
Pour into pan (will be thick) and bake for 55-60 minutes at 350º.
Combine icing ingredients in pan and boil for about 3 minutes.
Beat and pour onto cake while the cake is still warm.
