5 C processed Swiss American Cheese
2 C water
1 C white wine or apple cider
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp accent
dash of pepper
dash nutmeg
1/2 Rye bread and 1/2 loaf French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese. Bring water, wine and seasoning to a boil. Add cheese and set into double boiler. Stir with wooden spoon until cheese melts. If too thick, add more wine. If too thin, add more cheese.
Chunk up bread and toast in oven until toasty. Dip into cheese.
