1 cup sugar 1 small bag of Nestles chocolate chips 1 can carnation milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 . Place sugar, carnation milk and chocolate chips in a heavy pan. 2. Bring to a slow boil and cook for 5 minutes 3. Remove from stove and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla 4. Cool until ready to serve. 5. May be heated up and will last refrigerated for 5-6 days.
