1 lg. frying chicken (whole or cut up)
1 pkg. (12oz.) drained sauerkraut
1 pkg. (6oz.) mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 c. Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken in casserole dish. Cover chicken with sauerkraut; place cheese on top of sauerkraut and cover with dressing.

2. Add more or less sauerkraut, cheese and dressing to your taste.

3. Bake for 1 1/2 hr. at 350 or until tender.
