2 c crabmeat
4 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
2 c milk
1 egg yolk (beaten)
2 tbs cooking sherry
1 c bread crumbs
1 tbs dried parsley
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add in flour and milk stirring constantly over low heat until the sauce is smooth and crreamy. Add in the beaten egg yolk and cook 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and add sherry, parsley and seasonings. (If too bland, add a little table salt.) Add bread crumbs to crab meat reserving some for the top of the crab. Add sauce and mix well. Fill crab shells or ramekins. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
