1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crab meat 1 c. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese 3/4 c. Mayonnaise 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan 1/4 c. Green Onions 2 minced Roasted Garlic Cloves 3 T. Worcestershire Sauce 2 T. Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 325º. Finely chop green onion and pick crab meat free of any shells. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
