3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp cocoa
2 cups zucchini, shredded
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil in large bowl. In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa. Add mixture of dry ingredients to the first bowl, mixing well. Add zucchini and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans (2 large or 5 small). Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack and then wrap in saran wrap. Store in fridge or it freezes well too.
