1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup finely chopped red pistachios
1/4 cup butter, melted

FILLING
2 (3 OZ) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding/pie mix
1 1/4 cups milk
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 Tbls chopped red pistachios.
SAUCE:
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, partially thawed
2 Tbls sugar
2 Tbls orange-flavored liqueur

In Medium bowl, combine all crust ingredients, blend well. Press firmly in ungreased 8-inch springform or square pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add pudding mix and milk, beat until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup of the shipped topping. fold remaining whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into crust. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
In blender combine raspberries, sugar and liqueur. blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds. Before serving, allow dessert to thaw in refrigerator about 1 hour. To[ with whipped topping and 2 tbls chopped pistachios. Serve Ruby Raspberry Sauce with dessert.

Outstanding make a head dessert. Make Raspberry the day of serving. May freeze main dessert up to one week. Place frozen dessert in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours to soften it for serving.
