Ingredients:  
1/4 cup red kidney peas
1 clove of garlic
1 scallion
thyme, salt to taste
2 cups rice
1 can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peas
Cook peas with salt, thyme, scallion, until tender adding more water if necessary.
When peas are cook add coconut milk, let it come to a boil then add rice (wash rice before and set aside).
use a fork to mix everything together.
Cook on a low fire until done..
