3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. pumpkin

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease cookie sheet, line with wax paper, grease & flour paper. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg and salt. Beat eggs & sugar until thick & fluffy. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients all at once. Pour into prepared pan & spread evenly, sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 min. @ 375º. Loosen cake around edges & invert onto a clean, damp towel dusted with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper. Trim edges, roll up the long way. cool on wire rack.
Filling:
Mix ingredients well. Unroll pumpkin roll and spread cream cheese mixture. Roll into shape and chill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
