2 cans of black-eyed peas, drained
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of rotel (hot or extra hot)
1 cups of chopped green pepper
cup of chopped onion
1 8 oz bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
1 4 oz jar of pimentos
Frito Chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well and chill. Serve with Fritos. It is best if it sits for 24 hours before serving.
