"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Bring salted water to boil in a large pot. Drop cobs into the water and bring back to boil. Corn cooks quickly. Cook corn until the cob gives slightly when pierced with a knife but is not soft. Boiled corn (husked, with the silk removed) cooks in 2 to 3 minutes. Steamed corn takes about 10 minutes. Serve warm with lots of butter!
