1 lb.ground beef or turkey
Chopped garlic (be generous)
Italian bread crumbs and grated cheese
Dry or fresh parsley
1 egg per lb. of meat
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over meat and mix. Blend egg with fork and add to meat. Add remaining ingredients and mix again. Fry in light amount of oil to brown. Continue frying or add to sauce and finish cooking. Bake in oven if preferred
