3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
2 - 3 c. cooked macaroni
1 med onion, finely chopped
2-3 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To create hot salad dress, in a saucepan, cook milk, beaten egg, salt, sugar, vinegar, and flour on low heat until dressing comes to a boil. In a separate pan, cook macaroni, drain, and rinse with cold water. Add hot salad dressing, onion, celery, hard boiled eggs and mix together.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Then add in Miracle Whip or other store bought salad dressing until it is creamy.

Serve with sprinkle of paprika on the top.
