1 carton of whipping cream
sugar
vanilla

Directions:

Set package of cream, your bowl, & mixing beaters into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from freezer.

Pour cream into bowl and beat on highest speed until the mixture gets thick. Add 1 to 2 T of sugar and approximately 1 t of vanilla as you are beating. The vanilla and sugar amounts depend on your taste and the desert on which you are serving it. Be careful not to beat too long as the cream will turn to butter.

This may be kept, covered, in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
