3 eggs, mixed w/ mixer
1 Cup Karo corn syrup (clear)
1 Cup sugar
2 T melted margarine
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 Cup chopped pecans (I chop mine in the food processor)
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell

Directions:

Blend together first 5 ingredients. Add nuts. I blend again. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool.

This is the exact recipe off the Karo bottle but with one difference. I chop the pecans in my little food processor before adding to the mix. The chopping of the pecans 1) enhances the flavor of the mix & 2) it much easier on "older teeth."
