1/2 lb. Spinach
1 head of leaf Lettuce
1 qt. Strawberries, sliced
1 can of mandarin Oranges
1 large sweet red Onion
1/2 lb. fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. crumbled Bacon


3/4 C Sugar
1 t Salt
1 t dry Mustard
1/3 C Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 t minced Onion
1 Cup Oil
1 t Poppy Seeds (can omit)

Make dressing ahead & store in fridge.

Tear spinach and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cook bacon and mince in blender or food chopper. Slice the onion into small sections. Add fruit, mushrooms, onion and bacon to ingredients and toss gently.

Add (optional but great) dressing just before serving.
