3-4 lb. beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can beef gravy (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in 9x13 inch pan. Add cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top. Cover pan with foil, seal tightly. Juices from ingredients form a gravy. Uncover and spoon gravy over roast every hour. Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 325º. Add warm beef gravy over top if desired.

Can also make in crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Mixing occasionally.
