3/4 c crushed graham crackers
2 T sugar
1/2 c sugar
7 T melted butter
2 T lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine 3/4 c crushed graham crakers, 2 T sugar and 4 T melted butter, and form crust in pie dish (or just buy a graham craker crust). Freeze

Add 1 qt of soft vanilla ice cream, smooth out and freeze again.

Topping:
Cook 2 T lemon juice, 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel, 1/2 c sugar and 3 T of butter (in saucepan) until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat, beat in 1 beaten egg return to heat for a few seconds, stirring. Cool and cover pie and freeze again!
