1 lb Hamburg
1 cup white rice
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
16 oz can of tomato sauce
16 oz can of sauerkraut- drained

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix the beef, rice, egg, garlic powder and black pepper in a large bowl. Shape the mixture firmly into meatballs. Place in a 13 x 9 pan. Pour tomato sauce over meatballs. Drain sauerkraut and sprinkle over meatballs and sauce.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
