1 stick margarine
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 10oz. can whole kernel corn
1 10 oz. can cream corn
1 8 oz. pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt margarine and mix all ingredients. Pour into 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until brown.
**will not be firm in center
