1 can dark pitted sweet Cherries
1 can small crushed Pineapple
2 packages Cherry Jell-O
8 oz pkg Neufchatel Cream Cheese
Coke (10oz)
½ cup chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and cherries and heat until it barely boils.

Mix with jello and let cool for just a bit. Cream (with a mixer) softened cream cheese. Add pineapples, cherries, nuts, etc. to cream cheese. Add coke to jello mixture. Combine, by stirring, two mixtures.

Pour in greased (Pammed) Mold. Chill for several hours or overnight.

To unmold, let mold set in sink with warm water for just a bit. (It will melt if you leave in water too long.) Turn upside-down onto plate. Refrigerate if necessary.

Serves about 10-12. Beautiful on baby Spinach leaves.
