6 Skinned, Pan-Dressed Fish
2 C Dry Bread Crumbs
3/4 C Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Basil
3/4 C melted Margarine
Lemon Wedges

Thaw fish if frozen. Clean wash and dry fish.

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. (Make bread crumbs in a blender or use packaged Italian Bread Crumbs)

Dip catfish in melted margarine and roll in crumb mixture.

Arrange fish in a well-greased baking dish. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with lemon wedges.
