1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz.)
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients, top with a bit of grated parmesan cheese, and microwave. Double recipe for large group. Serve with Old London Crackers. Keep heated over a flame.
