2/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
2/3 c. rinsed and drained sauerkraut chopped.

grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan.

1. Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, beat after each.

2. Add water and vanilla, mix well.

3. Add flour, powder, soda and salt. Mix together.

4. Stir in sauerkraut. Bake for 30 min. at 350.
