1 1/2 lb. ground beef - lean 1 lg. onion - chopped 1 chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped celery 1 can mushroom pieces 3/4 C. prtly. cooked wild rice 1 can cr. of chicken soup 1 can cr. of mushroom soup Opt. 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can peas
1. Brown beef and onion
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to brown meat and put in casserole
