1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbs ranch dressing
1/2 c light sour cream
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:

Cook spinach and drain and chill.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve chilled with chips or crackers.
