2 eggs
1 c buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c chocolate beverage mix
1/3 c hot water
2 1/4 c Pillsbury self rising flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 c soft Land O' Lakes butter
1 1/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bottom of two 8" round layer pans.
Beat eggs in large mixer bowl at high speed of mixer until thick and lemon colored. Add buttermilk, vanilla, beat well.
Blend beverage mix into hot water, add to egg mix.
Add flour, soda, butter, and sugar. Beat 5 minutes at med. speed of mixer. Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350º. 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, and frost, two tone frosting. Put chocolate shavings all around.
