2 cans (4 oz) green chilies
1 lb. grated jack cheese
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
4 egg whites
4 egg yokes
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon. flour
1/2 teaspoon. salt
1/8 teaspoon. pepper
2 tomatoes sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place chilies and cheese in baking dish. Beat egg whites till stiff. In a separate bowl mix rest of ingredients , except tomatoes. Fold in egg whites, pour egg mixture over cheese using fork to drip through cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes, then add tomatoes and baked 30 minutes more.
