4 c. (24oz. ) semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened and cubed
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. water
1 lb. white candy coating
2 T. flaked coconut, finely chopped and toasted.

1. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips. Add the cream cheese, milk, vanilla and water; beat with a hand mixer until blended. Cover and refrigerate until easy to h ankle, abut 1-1/2 hr. or until firm.

2. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hr. or until firm. See notes.

3. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt candy coating, stirring often. Dip balls in coating; place on waxed paper. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrig.in air-tight container.
