1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 bag frozen vegetables
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
4 c. mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onion. Grease a casserole dish. Add browned meat to the casserole dish. Top the mixture with frozen vegetables. Mix soup, cheese, and milk. Pour mixture over vegetables. Top with mashed potatoes.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
