1/2 c. margarine
4 bananas, mashed
3/4 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 T. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and orange rind. Blend thoroughly. Combine orange juice and flavorings; add alternately with dry ingredients. Add nuts. Blend thoroughly. Bake in a well-greased loaf pan at 300 for 60-70 minutes. Cool for 4 hours on rack. Take out of pan after 10 minutes.
