Ingredients: Chocolate Éclair Dessert
low – fat honey graham crackers
3 cups fat free milk
1 tsp. almond ext.
2 boxes fat free sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 fat free cream cheese
1 8 oz. Fat free cool whip topping (freezer section)
¼ cup of fat free milk
2-tblsp butter softened
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1-½ cups powdered sugar

Directions:Arrange 7-½ graham cracker sheets in bottom of 13x9 pan coated w/ cooking spray.
Combine 3 cups milk, pudding and cream cheese in large bowl. Beat at slow speed for 1 min or until mixture gets thick.
Fold in cool whip. Spread mixture over crackers. Layer more graham crackers.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Combine ¼ cup milk, butter and unsweetened chocolate in medium bowl. Beat well w/ mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture, beat well. Spread chocolate mixture glaze over graham crackers. Cover dessert w/ foil and chill for 4 hrs.
THIS RECIPE TASTE BEST THE NEXT DAY WHEN GRAHAM CRACKERS ARE SOFT.
