1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Italian seasoning (to taste)
2 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 large jar Ragu with onion and garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 bags grated Mozzarella cheese
1 16 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
9 Lasagna

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion. Drain excess oil. Mix beef, Ragu, seasoning and parsley. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Cook noodles. Drain. Mix Ricotta, egg and Parmesan. Set aside.

in 13 x 9 pan, put small amount of meat sauce. Place 3 noodles lengthwise in dish. spread with ricotta mixture. Top with meat sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Repeat until noodles have been used. Top with remaining meat sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

*Best when refrigerated overnight b.efore baking
