1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a loaf (8" X 4" X 2 1/2") in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
