2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C shortening
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 C water
Filling:
4-6 apples thin sliced
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
Glaze:
1 C confectioners sugar
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt and cut in shortening. Blend rest of ingredients and add to flour mixture. Divide in 2 parts. Roll first part to fit bottom of 9X13 and up sides.

Combine filling ingredients and fill pan, dot with butter. Roll remaining dough to fit top, cover filling and seal. Slit top and bake 400 30-40 minutes.

Drizzle glaze over baked squares while warm.
