1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 to 2 cups diced, cooked turkey
2 tablespoons diced pimento (optional)
8 ounces of medium or wide egg noodles
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook celery and onion in butter until soft but not brown. Blend in soup and milk; add turkey and pimento. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.

In a 2-quart casserole, combine noodles and turkey mixture, and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
