2 very thin veal cutlets (Scallopine)
1 jar Organic Marinara sauce
1 pkg grated Italian cheese
5 tbsp. olive oil
Flour/minced garlic/chopped onion
Italian Herbs (oregano) salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
pound veal cutlets until thin and tender
put olive oil in skillet with garlic and onions
heat olive oil on medium/heat heat
sprinkle flour on veal cutlets (salt and pepper)
Brown veal on both sides in olive oil
Add marina sauce and let it cook forfor 15-20 minutes simmering on medium to low heat. Add Italian herbs cook 5-10 more minutes.
Sprinkle Italian herbs on top.
After cheese melts,serve veal with pasta and salad
