2 1/2 cups water
3 cups minute rice
2 slightly beaten eggs
6 Tbsp. butter
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup water
5 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil, stir in rice, Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile in a fry pan cook egg and onion in butter. Add rice and water with soy sauce and saute over medium heat until brown.
