1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
3 crushed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda in 4 large Tbsp. buttermilk

©Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of loaf.

I usually make 3 loaves at a time. If I do, I use 1 cup buttermilk with 3 tsp. soda. I always use bananas that have been frozen previously.
