1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
4 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash 4 bananas with 2 tbsp. milk and set aside. Stir together the butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar and set aside. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined. Next add the bananas and combine well.

Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
