2 cup white rice
1/4 cup butter
4 cup boiling water
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
About 45 minutes before serving, heat oven to 350.
In 3 quart casserole combine rice, butter boiling water and salt. Bake covered 30 minutes. Fluff up with fork.

This is an easy way to make rice for a dish that is already in the oven, also it doesn't boil over or stick to the pan!
