1/2 c buttermilk 1/2 c sour cream 1 c mayonnaise 1/4 c olive oil 1/4 c cider vinegar 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp dried dill 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper Dash of Tabasco sauce 1/4 c chopped parsley
Put the buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, garlic, dry mustard, dill, thyme, salt, pepper, and Tabasco in the container of a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the chopped parsley.
