Meat Fondue Dipping Sauces (contributed by Susa and Jim Wells) This wins the award for the easiest recipe unless you make your own mayo, like Susa’s mom!

Fondue dip #1: Garlic dip

Use equal parts mayonnaise and whole-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Add crushed garlic to taste

Fondue dip #2: Herb dip

Use equal parts mayonnaise and whole-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Add chopped dill, parsley and chives to taste
Crushed garlic can also be used in this dip

Dip thinly sliced beef in fondue pot filled with heated beef broth to cook.Dip cooked beef into desired dips.
