2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 C Blue Bonnet Stick, melted and cooled
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour and baking soda. Set aside. In large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well with wooden spoon. Stir in egg and vanilla extract until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. For each cookie, drop a heaping tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 9 to 11 minutes.
