2 C-ish of fresh strawberries, in a bowl, halved (or quartered depending on their size) and sweetened with sugar or Splenda. Let stand for 1/2 hour.

Heavy whipping cream, whipped till stiff peaks form, Add a few drops of vanilla extract and Splenda to taste.

4. Powdered sugar and mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 wonton on the plate, top with handful (not literally with the hands) of strawberries, then a generous amount of whipped cream.

Repeat the process, using 3 wontons on each plate.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar all over, so there is a good dusting on the plate and wontons.

Garnish with a sprig of mint. Chocolate drizzle is a nice addition.

It's a really impressive dessert and painfully simple to do!!
