1 package yellow cake mix
16 oz softened cream cheese
2 c milk
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
2 20 oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 9 oz containers of whipped topping
toasted coconut
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package instructions and pour into a cookie sheet pan, bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese and slowly add 2 cups of milk and 2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding. Spread on the cake. Sprinkle the drained pineapple over the cream cheese/pudding mixture. On top of the pineapple spread the whipped topping. Sprinkle the toasted coconut and chopped nuts on the whipped topping.
