1 bag frozen cubed hash browns 1 pint sour cream 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick melted margarine/butter salt and pepper to taste 1 cup chopped onion
Thaw potatoes for 1/2 hour. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
