3 cups sliced or chopped zucchini
1/3 cup melted margarine
8 oz pkg Stove Top
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup sliced/chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini 2 minutes in small amount of water - drain. Melt margarine according to direction on Strove Top - prepare Stove Top as directed. Cook carrots, celery and onions for about 10 minutes. Drain. Mix with soup and sour cream. Layer starting with (1) Stove Top (2) zucchini (3) sour cream mixture. Keep layering until all ingredients are gone, ending with Stove Top on top layer. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
